I’ve gone from soldering circuits to monitoring systems — still making things work.
I’m a SaaSOps Engineer who keeps a close eye on systems, some might even say my nickname could be “I like to watch.” With two years in SaaSOps and three as a System Specialist before that, I’ve worked across IT and DevOps, building internal tools that make teams faster and systems more reliable. These days, my focus is on monitoring and logging our infrastructure and products, turning metrics into insights that keep everything running smoothly. Before diving into ops and automation, I spent 13 years as a Service Technician, repairing everything from TVs and home theaters to vacuum cleaners and coffee makers, which taught me that every system, whether hardware or cloud, behaves best when cared for properly.
I'm a SaaSOps Engineer with a habit of keeping things running — from cloud infrastructure to the smallest automation scripts. I've spent the past few years making systems more stable, visible, and self-sufficient, building internal tools and taking ownership of monitoring and logging across both infrastructure and product environments.
Before that, I worked as a System Specialist for three years, diving into DevOps and IT operations — finding ways to bridge teams and reduce friction through smarter tooling and automation. And long before the cloud days, I spent 13 years as a Service Technician, repairing everything from televisions and home theaters to vacuum cleaners and coffee machines. Turns out, whether it's a broken circuit board or an overloaded cluster, the principle's the same: understand the system, fix the root cause, make it better than before. These days, my focus is on visibility and reliability — you might say my unofficial title could be "I like to watch" (strictly in the observability sense, of course).
Transitioned from traditional IT responsibilities to primarily focusing on monitoring, logging, and observability of infrastructure and applications, while continuing to develop internal tools and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Began my IT-career in internal IT support and gradually transitioned towards DevOps responsibilities while continuing to manage internal IT tasks. I have been deeply involved in developing internal tools and automation to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
